Verified Reviewer |I bought 10 panties for $45 to be picked up at the store Why was I charged 8.85 for shipping?
I tried to use the chat line but I was customer eleven in the queue and I had to leave. Later I called and waited 45 minutes to speak with a representative.
She agreed that I was charged for shipping incorrectly but I had to call back once the order was processed to receive a credit.
I am not happy!

Misleading Sale Prices

i ordered 5 pair of embraceable underwear which were advertised for 39.99. Then i was charged 89.99.
When i called they said that some colors were excluded. This was not advertised!!!
It was false and misleading. I called customer service to learn this bottom line i will return my purchase and never buy from them again.

I have called Soma three different times to try and get a return label. The three different times I was not given a label.
Poor quality item
- Elastic band shredded on travelers pantys within a month.
- Chat support said too bad; offered a $20 credit, but phone support resolved it.
Ordered some travelers pantys less than month ago. Elastic band around the leg started to shred.
I contacted customer service through the chat app and was pretty much told too bad. Youve already worn them.
Nothing we can do except put a $20 credit towards your next order. Which why would I want to place another order if theyre not going to guarantee their product I called customer service phone number and the lady did make it right.
Bras have not arrived. we’re supposed to arrive on the 21st. Of May.

- Visited Sima in Delray Beach for a 4th of July sale.
- An associate allegedly lied about sale items and ignored me.
- Manager defended the associate.
I went to Sima on W Atlantic in Delray Beach on June 30th. There was a 4th of July sale listed on their website on line and in stores.
I went to this location and I asked this older blonde sales associate what bras were on sale so she lies and says only one style. So I go to look for my size in the drawer and she gets curt with me and asks what size U want. I tell her so she completely ignores me and starts another customer who came in after me. I got the feeling this old lady associate didn't want to help me because I've worked in retail for 7 years and I know when I'm being blown off.
I pick put ths bra and I went to the store manager who was behind the register and U complained about the sakes associates behavior towards me. The manager defends her and starts to talk down to me and thus busy old blonde lady lies and says she never ignored me so I walked her a liar. I told the useless store manager that I have worked at Macys for years and the customer is always right. She says to me"No you're wrong, I know a District Mgr at Macys and he would disagree.
I asked her the District Managers name for the region and she wouldn't tell me. She's a lying POS. I told her I am reporting her and her sales Stay awayswoman. OF course when you call Soma, they don't answer the phone and the e mail address does not exist.
Maybe I was the wrong religion and they didn't want to help me.
They both need to be fired if they can't help customers of all persuasions. Disgraceful

No Flexibility

I'm a long time Soma customer. I have really enjoyed their products for years.
Their Bras and Sleep ware are innovative.
My complaint is I purchased three Bras all the same style and size. Then my husband passed away. The bras were in my closet and I totally forgot about them. I also during that time lost some 50lbs so the bras no longer fit me.
I attempted to exchange them for the same style bra just a different size. The store said since it had been more than 60 days since my purchase they couldn't exchange. I then called customer service explained the situation to them and they told me the same thing, said there are no exceptions no matter what. Maybe I'm usual but I think it wouldn't have hurt them at all to make the exchange.
The bras had never been worn, the bra style is still in stock. I'm really bummed that Soma has taken this attitude.

The old blonde sales addociate in the Delray Store on W Atlantic needs a huge attitude adjustment. And the store manager backs her up.
I will never shop there again.
SOMA us not the only game in town and SOMA responded by telling me to call customer service and they never answer the phone. Waste of my time and money.

- Wire-free bras don't stay in place; breasts slip when I lift my arms.
- They were highly recommended, but I wouldn't recommend them.
I am fairly small chested and my *** will NOT stay in the wire free bras. If I lift my arms up, down they go.
These came highly recommended but I would not ever recommend them. I like that I'm not being squeezed but I wear a bra because I am not a "free the *** type girl.

Noxious odor from washing new bra
I noticed a strong chemical odor as I washed my new bra. The odor was noticeable as soon as it became wet. Not sure what they use to manufacture the item, but I wouldn't recommend buying there.

- Panties had 3 inches of unsewn elastic.
- Credit denied due to the return window.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Customer Service letting me know they cared very much. They had actually listened to the call recording and apologized in a big way.
Not only was the item refunded but I received a wonderful gift card in the mail. Way to go Soma :-)
Company resolved the issue.

Just had THE WORST customer experience ever thanks to Pyonna

. over a $5 item. After ordering over $900 in 30 days, 1 pair of panties had the elastic not sewn on for about 3 inches. They would not make it right because it was outside the return window.
I let them know I was not trying to return, it was a manufacturing defect which has no time limit. I was just buying some to have spares.
They refused to credit me. After 15+ years with Soma, I am done.

Pain-free bra
- A small piece of wire was in the middle of my bra and caused pain when wearing.
- I couldn't see where it came from and wore tissue in my bra until I saw the wire sticking out.
I called the store and talked with Jessica. She said that there’s a three month return policy.
I bought the bra 11 months ago. And suffered with this bra for 11 months. I thought maybe it was a hair and it turned out to be a wire. so, of course, I would not have returned it thinking it was something I had done.
I use tissue and toilet paper to have a barrier. I have different bras that I trade off with. So it wasn’t like I wore it all the time. I paid $60 for this bra.
I am a senior on a fixed income. I am not going to just throw it away. So I am looking for a full refund. I think that’s only fair with my history.
I should have received a bra that would not hurt me. Jessica says that she hast to go to her district manager to get this resolved.
She said she will have 24 hours to get back with me. I feel like customer service could be improved on the phone for a situation like mine especially when you see the years of history I have with this company, it would be nice to hear from somebody from corporate.
Could not see where it was coming from. Had to put tissue in my bra and wear it that way for a long time until finally one day I saw this wire sticking out of the middle of the bra.
